Terms of Service

Terms:
All orders will be confirmed in writing, email or fax before shipping and will cover the specific item number and quantity of each. Net 30 day payment terms are acceptable upon credit approval. Approval can take up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on receipt of our credit application. Please include an up-dated credit statement with orders to assist in this process. Net 30 day terms are due 30 days from the date of each invoice. eSPI accepts Visa and Mastercard, checks and money orders. if repeatedly late accounts persist, credit terms will be lost and payment will be required by cash or credit card, thereafter or until credit terms have been restored. There will be a $35.00 fee on all returned checks. Accounts left overdue after a period of 30 days from invoice date will be referred to collection. Additional fees will apply on a monthly basis for all collection required accounts, this amount not to exceed 2.5%. All designs and logos are copyrighted and/or trademarked by eStrongProducts, Inc. All invoices are included in shipment.

Returns:
Contact our customer service at info@estrongproducts.com or 888.880.4784 and leave a message. In the event of error with order within 5 business days of receipt, please notify eSPI customer service. All returns must be authorized by company and confirmed in writing, email or fax. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in original condition. All Sale or clearance items are non-returnable or refundable.

Shipping:
All orders are F.O.B Birmingham, Alabama. All shipments are made via UPS unless otherwise specified.

Pricing:
Wholesale prices for apparel will vary according to size and quantity ordered. Pricing is subject to change without notification.

Minimums and Volume Pricing:
All Styles 48 shirt minimum per design not dependant on size. Re-order minimum is still a 48 designs minimum. volume discount, any orders over 144 items per design please contact a sales rep. at estrongproducts.com for pricing.

Credit Check:
All customers wanting 30 day terms on all orders must complete a credit application.
